Resepi kek carroct

 Bahan-bahan

1 1/4 cawan minyak jagung

4 biji telur

120 g gula

120 g gula peram

250 g tepung gandum

1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat

1 sudu kecil baking powder

1/4 sudu kecil garam

1/4 sudu kecil serbuk kayu manis

1 cawan walnut - cincang kasar

2 cawan carrot - parut kasar

1 cawan kismis - opsyenal


Bahan-bahan cream cheese

100 g gula 

120 g mentega

250 g cream cheese


Cara-cara

1. Pukul telur dengan gula sehingga kembang. Then, masukkan minyak, pukul lagi

2. Ayak & satukan tepung gandum, serbuk kayu manis, garam, baking powder dan soda bikarbonat. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit dalam adunan tadi sambil pukul adunan tersebut

3. Masukkan carroct, walnut & kismis ke dalam adunan tadi. Kacau sebati

4. Sapu loyang dengan sedikit majerin. Masukkan adunan tersebut ke dalam loyang

5. Bakar selama 1 jam 5 minit pd suhu 170°C, sejukkan

6. Pukul bahan-bahan cream cheese sehingga sebati

7. Sapu cream cheese pada kek

Resepi binka pandan pasti sedap

Bahan-bahan

2 cawan tepung gandum

1 cawan gula

1 cawan air pandan

2 cawan santan pekat

1 cawan santan cair

3 biji telur

2 sudu butter/ majerin

1/2 sudu kecil garam

sedikit pewarna hijau

sedikit bijan


Cara-cara:

1. Blend semua bahan sehingga sebati kecuali bijan

2. Sapukan loyang dengan sedikit majerin. Then, tuang adunan tadi ke dalam loyang

3. Tabur bijan ke atasnya

4. Bakar adunan tadi pada suhu 180 °C selama sejam

5. Setelah masak, sejukkan sebelum dihidang

Resepi kuih siput manis

 Bahan-bahan

1 kg tepung gandum

1 cawan majerin - cairkan

1 biji telur

2 sudu kecil garam - larutkan dalam air

1 cawan gula

sedikit air -  sehingga adunan tidak melekat di tangan


Cara membuatnya

1. Campur semua bahan-bahan di atas melainkan air

2. Uli adunan dengan memasukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga sebati dan adunan tidak melekat di tangan

3. Bentukkan adunan dengan dengan menggunakan acuan kuih siput


4. Goreng semua kuih siput tersebut. Angkat setelah masak

Travel to Vietnam

         When we talk about Vietnam, most of Malaysians like to go to Ho Chi Minh for shopping. However, I have a different viewpoint which is, I prefer to explore its beauty. That's why I choose Nha Trang and Dalat as my destination. I visited there on February 2019.

        Nha Trang is well known because of its beaches. Many tourist came here to enjoy with a lot of beach activities like watch sunrise and sunset; fishing, surfing, sunbathing, snorkeling, and so on. However, I didn't come here for those activities. I was just passing by on my way to Dalat.  

        Actually, I had planed to go to Vinpearl Land but, I have canceled it because I think all theme parks and water parks are quite same. I already visited many theme parks and water parks so, i just went around the city and along beach. Meanwhile, my attention was attracted by Agarwood Tower. Its design is very amazing. It look likes a lotus flower. It is located close to the seashore.

            In the next day, I continued my journey to Dalat. I went there by van. I have to go across hills and twisting route to reach there. I become dizzy and vomited as a result of this predicament. 

           I stayed at a hotel near the city of Dalat. Hotels in Nha Trang and Dalat cities are inexpensive. You can get a standard room at price RM20++ per night. 

         I took a walk around Dalat city on the first day I was there. Market, Dalat Flower Garden, The Crazy House, Xuan Huong Lake, and the Valley of Love among the places I visited. 

        The Flower Garden is closed to Xuan Huong Lake. I have to pass through Xuan Huong Lake to get to the Flower Garden. Before I arrived there, my attention was attracted by a glass building and a sunflower building at Lam Vien Square. They were established to help tourism industry.

        The Crazy House is only a short distance away from Dalat city. Because of the whether on that day was pleasant, I decided to walk there. It is called a "Crazy House" because its unique, weird and strange structure.         On the second day, I joined Dalat valley tour. The tour brought us to Cu Lan Village, Dalat Clay Sculpture Tunnel, Strawberry farm, and other places (I forgot the name of places). Here are a few photos from Cu Lan Village.








        Dalat Clay Sculpture Tunnel @ Dalat Clay Tunnel is one of the most architectural works in Dalat. Here, everything is made from clay. House, plane, train, motorcycle, animals, flowers and vegetables are all in clay. Here are a few photos from there.

        I made friends with a Vietnamese when I was there but, I forgot her name, hihihi.......  She is from Ho Chi Mich. She Came here alone. She never traveled to another country. She cannot speak English fluently so, I communicate with her by smart phone. She told me, she would like to ask many things but she couldn't.



        I also took several pictures from other places but, I could not remember the name of places huhuhu........

Resepi kuih badak kelantan

Bahan-bahan
500g tepung pulut
sedikit kelapa parut
sedikit garam
sedikit tepung gandum
sedikit air

Cara membuatnya:

1. Masukkan bahan-bahan di atas kecuali air

2. Air dimasukkan sedikit demi sedikit sambil menguli adunan sehingga adunan tidak melekat di tangan

3. Bentukkan adunan macam kuih donat, goreng sehingga garing then, keluarkan dari kuali

4. Di kuali yg lain, masak sedikit gula bersama-sama sedikit air sehingga gula hancur

5. Masukkan kuih badak yg siap digoreng tadi ke dalam kuali berisi air gula, gaul rata. siap......

Resepi topping kek coklat moist

 Teknik Topping 1

  • 1/2 cwn susu pekat
  • 2 sdb serbuk koko
  • 2 sdb mentega
  • Masukkan susu dan serbuk koko dalam periuk(api kecil) dan kacau hingga pekat
  • masukkan mentega -tutup api
  • Bila dah sejuk bolehlah tuang atas kek yang juga sudah sejuk.

Teknik Topping 2
  • 1/2 cwn susu pekat
  • 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
  • 1/4 cwn susu cair
  • 2 sdb butter/majerin/minyak masak
  • Masukkan dalam periuk 
  • Masakkan atas api kecil hingga berkilat dan pekat

Teknik Topping 3
  • 1/2 bar coklat masakan
  • 2 sdb susu pekat
  • 1 sudu mentega/majerin
  • 1/3 cwn susu segar
  • Masakkan atas api guna kaedah DOUBLE BOILED 
  • Kalau nak pekat jangan letak susu segar
  • Bila dah sejuk bolehlah tuang atas kek yang juga sudah sejuk.

Teknik Topping 4
  • 1 bar coklat masakan
  • 4 sudu susu pekat
  • 5 sudu air panas
  • 1 sudu majerin/butter
  • Masakkan atas api guna kaedah DOUBLE BOILED
  • Sudah cair semua baru masukkan majerin/butter
  • Sudah sejuk baru siramkan pada kek yg dah sejuk

Teknik Topping 5
  • 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
  • 1 cwn susu pekat
  • 2 sdb majerin/butter
  • kacau atas api serbuk koko & susu pekat
  • Masukkan majerin/butter
  • kacau hingga likat dan pekat
  • Siramkan atas kek bila dah sejuk

Teknik Topping 6
  • 1/2 cwn susu pekat
  • 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
  • 2 sdb butter
  • Masakkan semua atas api kecil
  • klu terpekat boleh tambah sedikit susu cair atau susu segar
  • kacau hingga likat dan berkilat
  • Siramkan atas kek bila dah sejuk

Teknik Topping 7
  • 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
  • 1 cwn susu pekat manis
  • 2 sdb mnyak masak
  • Masakkan semua atas api yang perlahan
  • kacau hingga likat berkilat
  • masukkan 1 sdt esin vanila
  • Biarkan sejuk dulu,baru siram atas kek

Teknik Topping 8
  • 200 gm coklat masakan
  • 1/4 cwn susu cair
  • Masakkan atas api guna kaedah DOUBLE BOILED
  • kacau hingga pekat dan berkilat.
